lin Lin Cheung is running a 1 day workshop on 13 June on Working with Anxiety using Transactional Analysis and will be looking at how some of the core models in TA theory can help with anxiety. The workshop will be a combination of theory and application.

mg533428640x427292822928111x7429Transactional Analysis has many useful models for considering human development and personality and Lin will be looking at Berne’s four stages of cure and how the therapist can facilitate the client moving through the stages. Other TA approaches covered include exploring rackets, ego states and decontamination. 

The programme offers lots of time for reflection and discussion and includes a mixture of presentation, large and small group work, discussion and experiential exercises.

The day runs from 9.30am to 4.30pm and includes lunch & refreshments.
